My name is Sarah Jane Hanton and I am contacting you in relation to a ontacting you in relation to a Vintage Fair we are hosting during the Promenade festival on the 4^th, 5^th & 6^th of July, 2015.

Our aim with the Sea Vintage Fair is to create a visually stunning vintage extravaganza with a friendly atmosphere, music & fancy dress set by the sea. Reviving bygone eras with a touch of drama & nostalgia, with fellow vintage enthusiasts and vendors.

We are part of the Promenade Festival which is run by Tramore Tourism and a crowd of 80,000 is expected over the weekend.

Sea Vintage Fair will include the following –

-VINTAGE TEA PARTY
-MUSIC
-VINTAGE CLOTHING
-VINTAGE ACCESSORIES

-DEISE ANIMAL SANCTUARY – PETTING ZOO
-FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY AREA
-BEST DRESSED MAN & WOMAN

We encourage vendors to unlock the doors to the past & dress up in costume from their favourite era. Creating a unique atmosphere & adding to everyone’s experience.

SATURDAY NIGHT SHINDIG
set at the spacious & unique Beauty Team Studio this night is a chance for you to mingle, relax or dance the night away. DJ’S will provide the perfect soundtrack to a fun filled vintage event. Food, fun & entertainment supplied in abundance.

I am involved in the Waterford Car show that will take place on 
the 27th of June in the Haven Hotel in 
Dunmore East Waterford. 

Over the past few years this event has been held in Blarney
 with numerous of car
clubs from all over the country coming along and 
showing off their old, new and
different cars. 

The event is done in aid of a charity every year
 so 100 % of the donations,
entry fees and money raised over the weekend will go 
to the charity which this
year we have confirmed as the Solas Centre. 

The hotel is full reserved for Friday and Saturday night 
for the car show 20 rooms in total.
 More accommodation available nearby if needed.

Live music on Friday night for anyone making a weekend of it. 

Show starts at 12pm, cars for show will need to be there earlier,
 we are trying
to arrange a power washer etc..
 out the back of the hotel for anyone that needs
it. 

Live music on the Saturday during the show and again during the evening. 

A bouncy castle is being arranged for the day for those 
who would like to bring the family. 

The Ravens rock rally is also on that weekend so there
 will be al lot of cars
around for that. 

I know I was talking to one of your members a few months
 back and I was hoping
that some of your members would be interested in attending the show.

YESTERYEAR MOTOR CLUB ANNUAL SHOW

Hi lads and lassies.... The yesteryear motor club annual show
 will be held again
on Sunday May 31st in Walton park Dungarvan.
 This year every car will be entered
into a draw for a holiday and draw will take place at the show.
... Your club always support us in great numbers and
 we are sure this year will be no different
