Along with a few people I am putting together a run from
Leighlinbridge in aid of the Children in Temple Street hospital.
The run is the
idea of Liam Kanewhose son was looked after in temple street
and there will be separate runs for
tractors and cars/bikes.
There is no involvement by any car clubs other than
a request for as many as canto support us.
There is no minimum amount and all are asked to support in any
way they can.
The Run will start at approx. 12.00 pm on Sunday 17th August
and will take just over 1 hour to complete.
There will be refreshments at the end
of the run in Meaney’s bar as well as live music
and we hope to see as many as can attend.
I know it clashes with other runs like west Wicklow etc.
but we struggled tofind a date that did not clash and
we tried to stay away from dates involving local clubs.
I hope you will advise as many of the members as possible and
maybe even post it on the website given the cause involved.
We will post details to donedeal
and other clubs and I attach details
of the poster in the hope you will advertise it on the website.
